Joe Holman is the principal management person for Tier1 BSA. Joe's experience consists of 30 years as a family bank owner, bank director and full-time practicing bank attorney (currently with Martin Pringle, a Kansas law firm with offices in Kansas City and Wichita).
Joe is currently an active board member of a $70 million bank, where he serves on the asset liability/funds management committee and on the audit committee.
His legal experience includes all facets of banking law, including representation of banks and bankers related to bank regulatory matters at all levels. His representation also covers counseling banks in raising capital to buy banks, along with preparing and filing the offering documents at the federal and state securities agencies (SEC representation).
With this level of experience, Tier1 BSA can guide bankers through the legal, accounting and bank regulatory environment needed for bank acquisitions and sales.
